Milns Stream- Static water, not moving or flowing. Potential flood hazard and health risk. The weed needs to be cleared out to allow water to flow. Stream is between William Brittan Ave, behind Cridland Place/Halswell on the Park/Milns Court to the flood plains in Milns Road.
