Jackson’s Creek has slipped into very poor condition. It looks uncared for, overgrown and messy. I don’t think a park in Merivale would be left to look like that. Issues: overgrown grass and other vegetation, dumped rubbish, there’s often multiple clear plastic bags tucked in along one of the fences, dead bird carcass, table missing a seat.
