The reporter’s words

Once again the entire intersection is under water since it's been raining for longer than 10 minutes. How are kids supposed to cross the road to get to school? How do people get to their cars? 25 years is long enough to wait for this issue to be fixed don't you think? This is what the Council should be spending our rates on, not cycleways nobody uses (certainly not today) or speed humps at controlled intersections. Clearly something wrong with the stormwater system here.
