I understand this tree may be on private property but it is a safety hazard. When we are coming down the hill and need to turn right to get to school we cannot see around it see traffic coming from the left. The owner of this tree does not appear to be doing anything about it. Pedestrians also cannot walk on the footpath. Can the council send them a letter or something asking them to trim it?
