The reporter’s words
The Elm tree in the photo was severely storm damaged in high winds yesterday, Wed 23 Jan. The tree is in poor health and continues to pose a safety risk. The tree is protected by a subdivision covenant at 362 Sawyers Arms Rd Harewood. I have instructed a qualified arborist to make the tree safe which may include complete removal of the tree.
