This car is parked illegally, almost blocking my ability to exit my driveway. Due to the high number of cars that park on both sides of the access road, it will probably make backing in again extremely difficult. (I have to back in, so I can see any person/ child/ dog, using the footpath). I have left numerous polite notes on previous cars!
