Roads - General
Reported Saturday, 15 March 2025 at 12:21 pm, 41 Rahera Street, Spreydon, Christchurch 8024, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
There is a large amount of loose chip stone scattered over the road due to earthworks undertaken on a development site. These stones have damaged my windscreen due to them being flicked up by vehicles. I am also concerned about the the lack of sediment control with the mud going straight into the storm water on days that it is raining. There has been no controls in place to control or mitigate these environmental issues.
