The reporter’s words

There are holes on the very narrow verge we have to walk on to keep out of the way of traffic wainui main road between yacht club and French farm bay. Previously reported. I know these will take some time to be fixed, but would it be possible to put cones (or similar) over the holes so that people don’t fall in them and get injured. Particularly as days getting shorter so people walking in the dark. I could find them by torch light because I knew they were there but that’s not very safe
