Hazard, vehicle
Reported Tuesday, 18 March 2025 at 4:35 pm, 341 Main South Road, Hornby, Christchurch 8042, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
This vehicle has 2 adults and 2 dogs living in it. It will leave for a day or 2 and we think it's gone but then they are back. They leave rubbish in the shrubs and in the green space and we are pretty sure they are also using it as a toilet. They have been there for weeks now. It is obviously not ideal especially for the dogs. Can it be looked into please without my name or address being used please. Thank you
