Tons of cabbage leaves being strewn everywhere and getting into storm drains . Can council send people to pick up and strip the cabbage trees of old leaves so it happens less after rain and wind . These storm drains were just cleaned out btw but the cabbage leaves from trees were not touched which seems pointless
