The reporter’s words

This large branch fell on Tuesday between 4 and 4:30pm with the wind that we got. This is the second branch to fall in 6 months. I complained last time. Many people walk past this tree, excerise under it. It needs to come down. Can you please address as I would hate to see someone hurt or killed.
