The reporter’s words

The concrete slab under the slide is exposed. This is a safety hazard. My child has slid down the side by herself as you would for normal use but has slid off the end of the slide and hit her head directly on the concrete. Can would please look at installing a softer landing eg a rubber pad under the slide or add more bark to the playground.
