Flooding
Reported Thursday, 20 March 2025 at 2:27 pm, 16 Withers Crescent, Halswell, Christchurch 8025, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Please inspect urgently & provide a solution. Heavy rain causes large water flow from Cashmere Rd & Corgwyn Ave into our property. Our retaining wall is already damaged & overflowing. No proper stormwater drainage on Cashmere Rd or blocked drains. A low point on Rd directs all water into our section with no exit, flooding the site. This is causing serious damage & financial stress. The issue worsens every rain. Immediate action is needed before more damage occurs.
