Hazard, vehicle
Reported Thursday, 20 March 2025 at 7:21 pm, The Runway near Dalwood Dve, Canterbury 8042, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
I am writing to request yellow no-parking lines on The Runway in Wigram, particularly near the sports field. Parked cars often take up too much of the road, forcing buses and trucks to squeeze past, creating a safety risk. A novice truck driver could easily clip them. This issue is especially bad on Thursdays. There is plenty of parking available on the other side of the field, so these cars don’t need to park here. Please consider adding yellow lines to improve safety and traffic flow
