This is not the first time I've logged such a job for this problem sign. The grub screw in the ground collar vibrates loose with the winds here in the valley and the sign rotates with wind and human inputs. I know that locals have tightened the grub screw but it simply repeats the problem. It needs a hole drilled through the collar and pole and a rivet or tech screw through that as a secure lock.
