Joint on water line to Stanbury Reserve public toilets has burst, at tank up hill from toilets. Water is flowing down the hill and pending as far down as toilets. Concern that there will be no water for flushing toilets, and will flow into septic tank, possibility of septic overflow. It's a busy weekend at Wainui Main beach so functioning toilets are a must
