The extremely hazardous bollard brackets are high risk to cyclists on the northern corridor cycle path.. This is the 4th request to have them removed or the bollards put back in place.. This is now a complaint and I'm requesting a phone call to discuss the remedial action before there is a serious injury .. Kevin Belcher 021625306
