The reporter’s words
Two massive dangerous dogs roaming the streets. One tan one black and white. Came onto the rear of our property and mauled the cat. The dogs had no collar, they were very dangerous. Neighbour has said the dogs are often seen roaming around smiths street and adjoining streets.
