General Request
Reported Tuesday, 25 March 2025 at 6:36 am, 11 Waimea Terrace, Beckenham, Christchurch 8023, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Can you please provide a link to the business case that led to the council decision to demolish the (functional but eq damaged) Colombo South library and replace it with a new one at a cost of $35-$40m? I’m trying to understand the costs and relative disbenefits of the chosen option over either the do-nothing option or the do minimum option.
