Shortly before the earthquakes, a public area, on a small grassy hill across from my driveway was landscaped by people in a Citycare vehicle. Since then, I have been requesting that this garden area be maintained - with no success. I have numerous items on the history of this app, showing previous requests on this matter. As you can see from the attached photos, this garden is an eyesore!!! And I might add, the only reason the grass around it is EVER mowed, is because one of my other neighbours gets fed up with that too & does it himself. It has been well over a year since anyone official has been seen trimming the grass. At a local meeting after the hill fires, we requested that a regular maintenance of the hill landscaping be scheduled. As usual, this was ignored. My request this time is not just that this area be sorted out, but also that someone contact me to advise the maintenance schedule that has been formalised, & give me details of who our neighbourhood can contact directly if this is not followed. I’d appreciate a timely reply to this complaint, as I have far more important things that I should be giving my attention to, but quite frankly I’ve had enough of this incompetence.
