From the landlord and rate payer: This is waiting to break and has been reported previously. The water main lid doesn’t properly close and rests on top of the water main tap. At your leisure the box needs to be realigned and refitted lower please. Or you can wait until a lawnmower or pedestrian ruptures the water main and then repair with some urgency. Thanks
