The reporter’s words
This car has been parked here for over 14 months leaking oil on the road. This car is not used. It does not have a current warrant of fitness and the registration is due to expire. I have contacted Armourguard to see if they would sort it but they have accepted no responsibility and asked that I contact the council. Thanks
