CCC truck who lives down Eglinton Street, fills his water truck up around twice a week right outside our house around 5.45am (today) truck still running, truck lights on. Causing our dog to bark,waking up our whole house. Young children leave next door too. Not sure why he's always doing it outside our house? Is he taking our house water? We have had water leaks recently too.
