Overgrown Vegetation
Reported Tuesday, 1 April 2025 at 8:16 pm, 1 Corgwyn Ave, Canterbury, Christchurch 8025, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Overgrown vegetation severely compromising sight lines for drivers exiting Corgwyn Avenue making it unsafe. You can see only 60m approx in a 60km/h speed limit area. There is overgrown vegetation on Cashmere Road on the Council Road reserve on both sides of Corgwyn Avenue. Some is seedlings growing up next to drainage channel, and some overhanging established trees. These need removing and /or a trim asap as the road has fast traffic and challenging sight lines even when clear.
