The reporter’s words
Water leak coming from the mains which feeds our house at 61a Cashmere Road. I found the tap was fully submerged as was the metal box around the tap. I turned the valve off and removed most of the water. When I turned the tap back on the leak appeared again - couldn't see exactly where it was coming from.
