The reporter’s words
This dirt biker. Young, male, wears a black puffer, blue/black dirt bike. Taunts park users by riding very close to them. Observed him taunting 2 men walking through the park by doing laps around them. Rides very fast through alley ways and entrances, and alongside the playground being used by children. Entranceways need to be made less accessible to these bikers. Very dangerous and damaging the park for sports.
