Traffic Signals
Reported Monday, 7 April 2025 at 1:09 pm, 324 Wainoni Road, Canterbury 8061, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Intersection of Wainoni Rd and ANZAC Dr. Near miss as pedestrian while crossing from Aranui/Wainoni towards New Brighton Rd. Crossed with green pedestrian signal but traffic turning right from Wainoni Rd to ANZAC Dr did not give way and nearly hit me. They tooted as if I was in the wrong. Right turning arrows on the traffic lights would make it safer for pedestrians.
