Traffic Signals
Reported Saturday, 12 April 2025 at 4:14 pm, 6 Moorhouse Avenue, Addington, Christchurch 8011, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
My image shows a frustrating red arrow on the corner of Moorhouse Ave when turning into Deans Avenue. I commute most days along this route. I often sit in a queue through 3 cycles of lights before turning. This queue also causes congestion for the non turning lane next to it. There is often no traffic coming from the opposite direction. Any chance the green arrow can remain for longer or not at all at this point. I live on Dean's Avenue so have no alternate routes. Thanks for listening. Nicky
