My gym membership has expired! No notification; nothing. Can’t book future classes. And can’t pay full membership up front on line- I don’t want payment options. It’s frustrating. You can send emails when I miss a class but can’t send membership reminders. Which might keep your customers! I’ll have to come in & make a special trip to rejoin
