Constant water run off, from what sounds like a spa pool, onto the footpath makes it slimy and slippery - and when frosts come, an icy hazard. Please have our neighbours do something about this as this has been previously reported last winter and nothing done. Or have the council team clean the footpath to remove the slime please.
