Dangerous potholes in the carpark and on the council strip by 4 Straven road and 82 Riccarton Road. I would also like to bring your attention to the damage this has caused to my bike and I recently witnessed a skateboarder getting injured by going down the strip. The drainage surrounding Straven buildings in inadequate and just flows into the street. This already caused issues with black ice and this will only get more hazardous until a drainage solution is sought on these footpaths. Urgency req
