The gentleman that owns this vehicle constantly parks up on the verge, on the footpath and on the lawn. Sometimes he’s so far on the footpath out the front of his property that people with prams or in wheelchairs would have difficulty passing. I am unsure why he constantly parks like that instead of simply parking of the road? This has been happening for years
