The reporter’s words
Tree is considerably overgrown and has not been maintained, top branches ripped in the wind last year and likely to do the same this year which may kill the whole tree. Blocking sun considerably in winter for both 34 and 34a wayside. Needs to be topped at least 2m to remedy. Had arborists at our property recently suggesting if another top branch rips in winter it may kill the whole tree causing further council costs
