Wastewater/Stormwater
Reported Sunday, 17 February 2019 at 2:49 pm, 38, John Campbell Crescent, Middleton, 8024, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
Can this section of storm water swale please be piped and filled in, the stones are causing on going damage to my lawn mower when I mow the grass and have broken one of my windows. There is no need for the stones. A sub soil pipe could be installed and the swale filled and grasses and it would do the same job but would take away the on going problem of stones. This is the only section like this on the street and I am constantly cleaning rubbish out that gets caught in the stone. I will no longer be maintaining the council strip of grass for as long as the stone are there so this is will to be up kept by council until the issue is sorted.
