The reporter’s words

The pile of chip in the photo is what I have swept off the footpath and in the gutter for a distance the width of the entrance form which you will be able to see as clear. This volume of chip is to be found the entire length of the street such is the ineffectual three sweepings Wasteco have performed. Every day I have sweep out my garage for the chip carried in by car tyres. This has to be the most shoddy job I've ever seen.
