The reporter’s words
When the guttering and curbs were redone in the street, the contractors couldn’t find our property’s storm water outlet running to the gutter, so they didn’t put one in and said to contact the council if there are any issues. With this rain, we’ve seen that the drains for the downpipes are overflowing.
