The reporter’s words
The neighbouring property (Living Little) has flooded onto our property again. Several years ago they removed the grass paddock and the storm water drains, built up the land and put a clay base. When it rains for more than one day their storm water builds up and reaches a point where it breaches the dividing fence and floods our property. Our storm water system is very effective, but it is designed to manage the rain from our property, not the several acres of the neighbouring property.
