Traffic Signals
Reported Friday, 2 May 2025 at 8:55 am, 221 Annex Rd, Canterbury, Christchurch 8024, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
The traffic lights at Birmingham’s Drive, Annex Road & Wigram Road. When turning right from Annex Rd onto Wigram Road to travel over bridge towards Wigram, the red arrow keeps activating on every set of lights instead of when a person is crossing. It looks like the pedestrian crossing is jammed, as it keeps activating when no one is at crossing, which in turn makes red arrow turn on. It is creating quite a bottle neck of traffic yesterday.
