Hi there is a lot of water around the corner of Waltham and Hastings street east. The grass has a lot of water, the gutters and footpath as well. There are now flying insects and a smell. I have to go past this every day. Someone is also driving on the grass as well. Can someone please look into it Thankyou. Heidi Meinzer 0277639453
