Overgrown Vegetation
Reported Sunday, 4 May 2025 at 8:00 pm, 22 Farrington Avenue, Bishopdale, Christchurch 8053, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
On our street due to recent rains and high winds leaves everywhere blocking drains causing flooding in recent weather. My kids and I have been outside on the footpath and road raking and collecting the leaves to tidy up. We can not fit it all in our green bin. There is so much. I didn't realize it costs to dump leaves. As we have done the councils job and cleaned up the mess the trees that belong to the council and unblocked the road drains to help reduce flooding risk on public Street
