The reporter’s words

I’d like to report an issue at the chlorine-free water station on Keys Rd. The second tap does not stop running. It’s supposed to shut off automatically after 30 seconds, but I waited nearly 10 minutes and it was still flowing continuously. Could someone please check and repair it? Thank you.
