The reporter’s words

BARE WIRES on the street. mickyeastwood@mail.com Kids found playing with the wires that should be buried. We have advised them a lot, make these wire safe. All they do is come out and pop a plastic hood on them, they are in between two houses, none of us knows who they belong to. Scott our neighbour has a big truck and finds it extremely difficult to get in and out of his driveway way with this erroneous stack of wires. Please send a KIWI with a bit of DIY nows. Sorry a child will get hurt.
