I can appreciate it's a cost, but I'd it possible to swap out the small green bin on site, in favor of a larger bin with a closing lid to prevent the current situation (rubbish being overloaded, blown out the bin, and all across the carpark. Occasionally, rubbish is just dropped out of cars, once bin has become full. Sadly not everyone is taking it home.
