Please remove the bars, which make it difficult to cycle or push a pram through into the alleyway. This is also a barrier for those using wheelchairs, mobility scooters, cargo bikes or trikes. If necessary, please place a well-marked central pole to prevent motor vehicles from using the alleyway.
