Facility - General Request
Reported Monday, 12 May 2025 at 11:47 am, Canterbury, Christchurch 8025, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Some kids have been using this slope at the Westmoreland East Valley Reserve as a mountain bike jump track. They’ve dug a huge hole so that they can create a mound to jump off. They’ve destroyed the grass and turned it into a mud slide. It’s not designated for mountain biking. This is a reserve for public use not creating mountain bike tracks. They’ve created hazards by making a mud slide down the hill and a big hole which will fill with water .
