The reporter’s words
The lady who live in house came out to say the garden on her berm outside her place was council property and she has maintained for the past few years but she is now 80 years old and struggling to keep it up, particularly the twitch grass. She was just wondering if it can be maintained by whoever maintains the rest of the planted areas that lead up to her house.
