Pavement - Damaged
Reported Tuesday, 13 May 2025 at 1:35 pm, 145 Fendalton Rd, Canterbury, Christchurch 8052, New Zealand.
The reporter’s words
Hi, the wooden walkway that runs parallel to Fendalton Road, in front of St Barnabas Church was installed as part of the road widening of Fendalton Road. I understand that it is a CCC responsibility to maintain the walkway. When installed, the walkway had a non-slip coating applied. That coating is now worn and where it has worn away, the walkway is slippery in wet or icy conditions, representing a health and safety hazard. Please can the walkway have the non-slip coating reapplied. Thanks
