2 flags too far out onto footpath obstructing people walking around corner or walking either pushchairs or simply trying to get across or around corner. They need pulling upright so people can get around without it flapping in their face. I’ve seen a person in a wheelchair having difficulty getting around it. Very inconsiderate as it’s a footpath.
