Rubbish/Recycling
Reported Tuesday, 26 February 2019 at 5:14 pm, Christchurch Southern Motorway, Middleton, 8024, Canterbury.
The reporter’s words
URGENT Approximately 11 lamp posts from eastern end of this footpath and cycle way 1/ black ripped Pak n Save shopping bag hung on wire fence between footpath and motorway 2/ 2 large white plastic sheets- 1 caught in the fence at same place as 1/ above and other on verge between the footpath and the motorway I’m concerned that if the wind blew either plastic sheet onto the motorway there’s potential for a serious accident... There is a carpark on the right hand side of the footpath facing west to help you locate the spot
