The reporter’s words
Incorrect speed return signs. Should say 50 when heading towards shands rd and 70 on to Halswell junction rd. And signs should be located both sides of road, not just a single side. Possibly illegally installed signs by a Karen? Double check if the speed is supposed to be 30 on Seymour street before installing.
